Tap a number to write the buyer

Share it live

Create a code and send it: whoever opens it sees and edits this same sheet from their phone, no account needed. Every change reaches everyone instantly.

How to use the raffle sheet

Choose how many numbers your raffle has (from 25 to 1000, any amount, or 00–99) and tap a number to write who bought it. Turn on Already paid when they pay you. Sold numbers turn colored and paid ones are filled in, so you can see at a glance which numbers are still free.

Money and the list

Write the price per number and the sheet adds up what you have collected and what is still to collect. Copy list gives you the whole sheet as text, with each buyer and whether they paid, ready to paste in a WhatsApp group so everyone can check their number.

A fair draw

When the sheet is ready, press Draw the winner. The winning number comes from your browser's cryptographic random generator and only among the numbers that were sold (or only the paid ones, if you choose). Everything is saved in your browser, so you can keep selling over several days.

Frequently asked questions

Can the winner be a number nobody bought?

No. The draw only uses the numbers that have a buyer, and you can limit it to the paid ones.

Is my sheet saved?

Yes, in this browser: if you close the page and come back, everything is still there. If you share it, it is also kept on the PickSpin server so others can open it with the code; it is deleted after 120 days without use.

Can several people manage the same raffle?

Yes. Press Share sheet and send the link and code. Everyone who opens it sees the same sheet and can write buyers and payments; changes reach everyone instantly, without accounts.
