How to use the spin wheel
Write each option on its own line in the box. The wheel updates instantly with one slice per entry. Press Spin (or the center of the wheel) and wait for it to stop: the slice under the pointer is the winner. Your list is saved on this device, so it will still be there next time.
Ideas for using it
Pick who presents first in a meeting, choose a raffle winner, decide what to eat, assign chores, call on students, or choose the next game. Use "Remove winner" to draw several people without repeats.
Is it really random?
Yes. The stopping point is chosen with your browser's cryptographic random generator before the animation starts, so every slice has exactly the same chance. The animation only shows the result.
Frequently asked questions
How many names can I add?
Up to 500 entries. Past about 100 the slice labels get small, but the draw stays fair.
Can I share my wheel?
Yes. "Share link" copies a link that opens the wheel with the same entries on any device.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent to a server.
